Our focus at Butterfly when performing is connection, responsiveness and authenticity, three key things that you need for great communication. Using exercises developed from the Meisner Acting Technique and The Gonsalves Method, processes typically used in the Performing Arts and Acting industry, your staff and colleagues will learn how to see clearly and respond authentically while maintaining their professionalism, in order to gain trust and achieve positive working relationships with those around them. They will gain confidence in the power of their own unique voice and point of view and will feel empowered to speak up and share their voice with others, whether speaking publicly or in any other scenario.
